HH2027 Water-based dispersant

It has high dispersion and grinding efficiency for inorganic pigments and fillers, Good gloss, Excellent water resistance, Low foam, Good anti-settling effect, and can obtain a high-concentration, low-viscosity slurry with a small amount of addition.

Used for unlisted inorganic powder series materials, such as iron oxide series, Aluminum Oxide, Cerium oxide, Titanium Dioxide, etc., and can also be used for dispersion of woven powder.

Application

Special Features and Benefits:

Due to the growth of the solvency chain, The dispersant itself has better compatibility with various resins in water-based systems and better stability in water-based paint systems. This dispersant has a good color concentration for dispersed organic pigments and has an excellent dispersing effect on satin white composite pigments with poor flow power.

 

Recommended Uses:

Used in coatings, ink, Industrial paints, and other fields of application.

Conforms to the number of formulas: 0,4%~3%

Instructions for use

To achieve the best performance, additives must be added to the grind result first, followed by pigment. First mix the resin components and the milled solvent, Then add the additives slowly while stirring. Do not add pigments until the additives are well mixed.

All of our dispersants are packed in export plastic bins. The main specifications of plastic barrel packaging are: 25 Kg, 125 Kg, 200 Kg, 1000 Kg.
